An Egyptian citizen, who holds a Bachelor of Science in architecture from Ecole des Beaux-Arts, Paris, France. His major interests are concentrated in three sectors: Building material, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Information & Communication Technologies (ICT). He holds many positions (Chairman/Director/Board Member /Partner) in over 30 leading entities throughout the region.

Being an honest advocate of Egypt’s development has earned Mr. Moussa various economical positions; Chairman of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, President of the French-Egyptian Presidential Business Council, Chairman of the Egyptian General Division of Building Materials in the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce, Board Member of The Internal Trade Development Authority, and other positions.

Mr. Moussa holds the title of the Chevalier de la Legion D’honneur from the French Government.

Salman Butt has held the position of Chief Financial Officer in Orascom Construction Industries since 2005. Mr. Butt is an international banker with 20 years of banking experience working with Samba Financial Group & Citigroup in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UK, Hong Kong and Pakistan.

Mr. Butt holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, USA and a BSc high honors degree in Industrial Engineering from the Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey. He was born in 1959 and is a citizen of Pakistan.

Hesham Abdelsamie graduated in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the American University in Cairo, with highest honors. Months later, he successfully passed the Certified Public Accounting exam from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in California. In 2003, he obtained his MBA from the Anderson School at the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA) where he received many excellence awards.

In 2003, he embarked on his career with Orascom Construction Industries as corporate planning manager. Abdelsamie was responsible for evaluating the feasibility of new investment opportunities and worked closely with investment banks to raise equity for new feasible investments and to raise the required debt for project financing. He also prepared the annual budgets for subsidiary companies and the consolidated group budget. In July 2005, he was promoted to his current position as the investment research and analytics director. His duties include researching and assessing new investment opportunities for the group. He also monitors the performance of major global players, in addition to, developing an understanding of the industry trends.

Mr. Moussa holds a Bachelor of Science in architecture from Ecole des Beaux-Arts, Paris, France.

He have continued jointly with his brother and other members of family the contracted business signed with the Algerian government through the family company named (Study Construction Industrial & Building) (SCIB) Formed in Zurich from 1976 till 1980.

Mr. Moussa has created the following companies:
- Verde Environmental Tourism, acting jointly with Verde Vacation Style.
- Union Interfusion for IT
- Pilot for Agriculture Development
- Gold Technology (Gold Tech)
On the other hand, he is the president of El Ghad Political Party.

Ahmed Said is the CFO for the group. Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO plans, directs, monitors, coordinates, interprets and administers all functional activities and policies related to treasury and finance, accounting, budgeting, consolidated budgeting, actuarial, underwriting, provider reimbursement fees, insurance, financial analysis, and new investments analysis.

Mr. Ahmed started his work with the group in September 2004 with a reputable experience in all fields of accounting. He has management experience in accounting, budgeting, board presentations, cash management, claims processing, financing, investments, information systems, regulatory relations and strategic planning.

He is:
- Chartered Accountant and Registered in Accounts & Auditors Records (No. 19450).
- Member at the Egyptian Tax Society (No. 5300).
- Member at the Egyptian Society for Public Finance & Taxes (No. 2084).
- Registered Patent Agent (No. 2977).

Amr holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Faculty of Economics & Political Science, Cairo University, Egypt. His minor was in Management.

He started his professional career with working in the marketing field, then travelled to the U.S. and had an internship at the U.S. Congress.

Amr joined the management team in United Holding Company at 2007 as projects manager, and then became Assistant CEO.

Also, he is a member at the committee which is responsible for searching for the new investments and opportunities for the group.
